Reflections Development Institute (RDI) views capacity building as one of the important contributions to be made towards human development. At RDI, we believe that capacity building programmes should not only provide people with knowledge and skills but also prepare them for academic and career progression. In pursuit of this belief, the RDI undertakes to provide accredited training programmes tailored to meet our clientele’s requirements.

We conduct training in the fields of Leadership, Economic Development, Development Management, Municipal Governance, Public Administration, Environmental Practices, Water and Waste Water Reticulation, Occupational Health and Safety and Project Management (see full list of RDI training programmes below). We currently enjoy CETA, LGSETA, PSETA, ETDPSETA and EWSETA accreditation status for our existing training programmes and we will continuously expand our scope of accreditation to meet our clients’ requirements.
